If you can't send & receive emails and you can also not access your website, It's likely that your IP has been blocked so you cannot access the server your mail & website are hosted on.


We will need to manually unblock it in order for you to get access again so we need you to find this and log a support ticket with us.

1) Finding your IP Address


To do this, go to: https://www.whatismyip.com/ and check for the IPV4 address (see screenshot below) and send this to us via a support ticket and we will do the necessary to unblock it.


2) Logging/creating a ticket


Please create a new support ticket by either:

Option A: If you don't have access to an email account
Logging into our support portal and opening a ticket

Option B: If you have access to an email account (it doesn't have to be the one you have with us)

What is causing my IP to be blocked?

IP's get blocked if you insert or have the wrong password setup for one of your email accounts. If the email account with wrong password tries to check the server 5 times, it is seen as a potential attack to the server and it blocks the IP to protect itself.


In addition if you have cancelled an email address with us and have not deleted it from your system, the same blocking will happen.


How to avoid having your IP blocked in future

Ensure that your password is correct on ALL devices on which you have your email setup. If you do need to have it reset, please create a new support ticket and we will reset on our end and send you the details. (Make sure you keep a note of it somewhere safe, for future reference).
